According to The Dallas Morning News, Plano’s planning commission has approved the $4 billion rezoning case for Dallas-Based NexPoint Advisors Texas Research Quarter. “This is a project that probably is the biggest economic development deal I’ve ever seen,” NexPoint’s Frank Zaccanelli told the planning commission. “The employment numbers here are enormous.”
