The Merger Arbitrage Fund was shortlisted in two categories “Top 40 Act Fund, where the Fund was one of seven funds shortlisted” and the “Event-Driven – Merger Arbitrage, where the Fund was one of six funds shortlisted”. The Event Driven Fund was shortlisted in the “Event Driven – Up to $500m, where the Fund was one of the eight fund shortlisted”.
